Volkswagen has launched its India website that features the Passat and the Touareg. Everything looks refined on the site except the image on the page that features the Touareg.
Why a dog in the picture that too of one that’s passing water on a tree?

This one. Most of the links don’t work, and that damn chopper which hovers in between the links and the mouse pointer just tests your patience.
Why a copter guys? Couldn’t you have put an animated Scorpio, if at all you had to put something there?

I think I have been hearing this phrase “Skoda Fabia - To be launched soon” for the past 2 years atleast. The last I heard a different tone of this phrase was when I posted this piece.
This month’s Autocar has mentioned:
Skoda is rumoured to be planning an ultra-low-cost Renault Logan rival. One plan would be to utilse components from the earlier-generation Skoda Fabia.
I have a humble request to make to the guys @ Skoda ..
Guys, “Enough is Enough”. Stop fuelling the rumour mills and please expedite the process of getting the Fabia on to the roads. Patience has its limits, Don’t chase away your prospective customers to settle in for your competitor’s offerings.

FIAT has launched the new Palio called Palio Stile. I just happened to catch a glimpse of it at a TATA Showroom on my way back from office today.
I wonder why FIAT never bothered releasing a press or a TV advertisement about it.
Do check out the new Palio on the FIAT website, and when you do that, do also check this link called “Encyclopaedia”. Yeah! that’s the spelling they have on their website, and you will find one more variant of the spelling on the page that loads after you click the link.

CNN-IBN has this news article that contains snippets of an inteview with Sania Mirza where she’s said:
“When Indian fans get the opportunity to watch me, they seem to get very excited”
I agree .. I get quite excited seeing her too. But, wouldn’t it have been better if she could have said this?
“When Indian fans get the opportunity to watch my game, they seem to get very excited”
No?
